Safety Training

Every supervisor holds advanced health, safety, and environment (HSE) and Working at Heights certifications, leading daily toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and digital field audits that sustain our zero-incident record. Our experienced technicians are certified in First Aid, CPR, and Fall Protection.
Compliance & Quality Control
Compliance is foundational to every ClearBlue project. Our Quality Assurance team conducts daily safety audits and real-time Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) verification, supporting our HSE framework through inspection checklists and safety audit logs. We engage third-party Health and Safety firms on large-scale initiatives to further strengthen our safety program and ensure worker protection and regulatory alignment are maintained throughout the project duration. Our QA team is dedicated to ensuring safety standards and quality objectives without compromising the timeline or budget.
Contractor Management
We work with trusted contractors to ensure our culture of safety and accountability is shared by every member of our project team. Certified supervisors and licensed master electricians lead daily toolbox talks, JHA, and digital safety audits through Procore and SiteDocs, to embed real-time oversight and field accountability throughout each project phase.
Field Execution
Each site follows a location-specific Health and Safety Plan that reflects local hazards and aligns with our internal safety protocols. These include daily toolbox talks, full PPE compliance, excavation safety practices, equipment operation procedures, lockout/tagout processes, arc flash safety measures, and the installation of emergency contact signage. Each milestone is accompanied by pre-task safety briefings, trench and energization audits, and leadership sign-offs under project-specific health and safety programs, ensuring programs move forward without compromising safety, budget, or timeline.
